About Our Designer
Joyce McArthur has been in the kitchen design field for almost twenty years; first as a freelance designer for a custom cabinet shop, then with a national chain of home improvement stores in Indiana. While there, she won several awards from cabinet manufacturers, and her store was consistantly in the 'Top 25' cabinet departments in the chain of over 800 stores. After moving to the Atlanta area in 2002, she was a kitchen and bath designer at WDW Kitchens, Inc. in Douglasville until moving to West Georgia Kitchens, Inc. in fall of 2005. Joyce has designed kitchens and baths for hundreds of remodels and custom homes in the west Georgia area. Using the latest in computer-assisted design software, Joyce provides a graphic interpretation of the client's kitchen design, along with 'walk-through' views of the layout. She will oversee the ordering, delivery and installation of your cabinet and countertop project, along with providing advice on lighting, appliance choices, floor and wall color schemes.
